Jorel has been my technician for the past year l had trad's. Jorel was highly recommended by my neighbor. However, on his last visit Jorel told me he will be changing route so he may no longer be my technician. I was sad and made a mental note to contact Trad's and request only Jorel be sent. Nevertheless l never remembered to make that call until l received a text yesterday from Trad's about my lawn being serviced the next day. It was too late to make a recommendation. Today Friday May 2nd my door bell rung, l opened the garage and saw 2 men( l was wishing it'd be Jorel) but l changed my mind real quick after how l saw the older man took his time to show me educate me about my grass his name is Trey and the younger guy is in training with him his name is Tay. Trey l thank you for taking the time with me today, you made me feel l was not just a house on your list. You took your time, you were knowledgeable and professional. You educated about my lawn and advised me on what l needed to, you pointed the problem areas of my grass and showed how my sprinkler was not reaching these areas. I appreciate you Trey, and the guy you are training could not have a better teacher than you. From now on( sorry Jorel) l am requesting Trey to be my technician in lieu of anyone else. If it isn't Trey please don't send them to my house. Thank you for your service today Trey and Tay. And Tay l wish you a long successful career with Trad's. Good job guys. I am renting my house but my eyes like to see beautiful, healthy things. As long as l can keep up with the payment l will keep using Trad's.

Trads is a great company with great customer service Devin is my tech and he does a great job always helpful and very friendly.. I use terminix before and they were awful trads is definitely taken care of my needs way better.. I highly recommend!
